Mr. Henry is the quintessential entrepreneur and businessman. He has owned several companies including: staffing and personnel management, executive and sales training, and master franchisor for a major restoration company. Mr. Henry has held key executive positions with Adecco/OlstenStaffing Services, Volvo of North America and 3M Company.

Mr. Henry has worked with universities and corporations in developing minority business start-ups. He has collaborated with the U.S. government and the Pentagon to set up job fairs and Operation Transition with the placement of personel who are seperating from the military.
